In Short: You have the right to have your personal data permanently deleted from our systems. To request deletion, email us at [email protected] — we will verify your identity, confirm receipt within 72 hours, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

At Softahub Innovations, we respect your ownership of your personal information. This policy explains what data we can delete, how to submit a deletion request, how we verify and process it, and what limited data we may be legally required to retain. It applies to all our Services — the 5G Marketing platform at https://5gmarketing.in/, all stores and websites hosted on our platform, and any data received through social login providers such as Facebook — and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Email Deletion Request

To help us locate your records quickly, please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following in your email:

Subject: Data Deletion Request Full name: Registered email: Registered phone number: Website / store where the account was created: What to delete: entire account / specific data (please describe) I confirm I am the owner of this account and request the permanent deletion of my personal data.

What Happens After You Email Us

Acknowledgement — within 72 hoursWe confirm we received your request and give you a reference number for follow-up.
Identity verificationWe match your request against our records (registered email or phone). If anything is unclear we may ask one or two verification questions — we will never ask for your password.
Deletion — within 30 daysWe permanently delete your personal data from our active systems: account and profile details, contact information, order and booking history, messages, social-login data (including any data received from Facebook), uploaded media, and marketing preferences.
Written confirmationYou receive a final email confirming what was deleted and the date of completion. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged automatically within our backup rotation cycle (maximum 90 days).

What We Delete — and What We May Retain

Category	Action
Account & profile data	Permanently deleted (name, email, phone, username, password hashes, preferences).
Social login data	Permanently deleted — including profile information and access tokens received from Facebook or other providers. We also recommend removing our app from your Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Orders, bookings & messages	Personal identifiers deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Uploaded media	Permanently deleted from our storage systems.
Invoices & payment records	Retained only as long as required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations, then deleted.
Fraud-prevention & security logs	Minimal records may be retained where necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our legal terms, or comply with applicable law.

Where limited data must be retained for the legal reasons above, it is isolated from any further processing and deleted as soon as the retention obligation ends.

Facebook / Social Login Users

If you connected or registered using Facebook, you can trigger deletion in either of two ways:

Email us at [email protected] as described above, mentioning that you used Facebook login; or
Remove our app from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then send us the deletion request so we also remove the data already stored on our side.

No Charge, No Conditions

Deletion requests are processed free of charge. Exercising this right will never affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request. If we cannot act on a request (for example, if identity verification fails), we will explain why in writing and you may re-submit with additional information.
